So I've started working at SCLD for coming two months now. Everything has been happening at such a fast pace, with so many (more) things to learn! But so far, I'm loving the workplace environment here and the work I'm doing so far.
One thing as part of a CLDian, we always espouse reflection - especially our own reflection... to think about our own learning and development. And this is best demonstrated by my BIG BOSS with his never-failing weekly self reflections for everyone in the Department, which I feel maybe I should start practising myself too...
